Essenziale, semplice, con la storica cucina e i tavoli in marmo e ghisa firmati Fonderie Florio un secolo e mezzo fa. Dove sedettero Garibaldi e Ruggero Settimo, dove Francesco Crispi sostava per argomentare di politica. Cenacolo del Risorgimento palermitano, è frequentato oggi dagli amministratori della città tra i sapori fragranti di "gustedde" e "pane ca meusa", di antichissime origini arabe.

The cuisine is essential, simple and genuine and the decor consists of marble top tables and iron stands made by the Florio foundry over a hundred and fifty years ago. It was a meeting- place for the citizens responsible for the city's revival. Where Garibaldi, Ruggero Settimo and Francesco Crispi used to sit, today the same chairs are occupied by the administrators of Palermo. Among the specialties there are some ancient Arabian dishes, such as: "gustedde" and "pane ca meusa".
