Legata a doppio filo alla vicina residenza sabauda di Agliè, fornitrice della Real Casa e del Duca di Genova, ha avuto tra i clienti illustri la regina Margherita di Savoia e la bellissima duchessa di Pistoia che, con la scusa di comprare i biscotti a lei dedicati, la usava come dolce pretesto per incontrare i suoi amori. Preferita anche da Gozzano, è un gioiello tutto originale d'inizio Novecento, guidato sempre dalla stessa famiglia, depositaria di storiche esclusive ricette della pasticceria del Piemonte torinese.
 
Inextricably bound to the nearby Savoy residence of Agliè, and a supplier of the Royal household and of the Duke of Genoa, its illustrious guests have included Queen Margherita of Savoy and the beautiful Duchess of Pistoia who came here, with the excuse of buying the biscuits named after her, to enjoy the delights of romantic encounters. Gozzano's favourite venue, it is an original gem of the early twentieth century, and is still run by the same family, who preserve some of the great Piedmontese pastry recipes of Turin.
