Stratta è un'istituzione per tutti coloro che amano i dolci e, soprattutto, le caramelle. Al Museo di Santena sono preziosamente conservate fatture intestate al conte di Cavour e da lui vistate per forniture in occasione di ricevimenti al Ministero degli Esteri. Originali gli arredi e la facciata di questo dolce gioiello ottocentesco.
 
Turin is by far the city with the most confectioners in Italy and Stratta is another very well-established, pretty shop which has became an institution. Invoices signed by Count Camillo Benso di Cavour are kept in the Santena Museum. This was when Stratta did the catering for all the receptions at the Foreign Ministry, during the time Turin was the capital of Italy. Its candies can be found all over the country.
