Ristrutturato e ampliato rispetto all'originale Ottocentesco, ripropone arredi in stile piemontese e cimeli d'epoca. Ai tempi dei Savoia, era fornitore ufficiale delle colazioni per i Principi che si formavano alla "Scuola Regia di Cavalleria", servite su un vassoio d'argento. La sua squisita tradizione pasticcera e confettiera ha addolcito i grandi in tournée al Teatro Regio, come Puccini, Rossini e Tamagno, e i grandi del Regno d`Italia, tra cui Lamarmora, Ricasoli, Rattazzi e Menabrea.

Renovated and now larger than the nineteenth century original, it still contains period memorabilia and Piedmontese-style furniture. In the days of the Savoy Kingdom, it was the official purveyor of breakfasts, served on a silver platter, for the princes at the Royal Riding School. Its exquisite pastries and confectionery were enjoyed by the greatest names in the world of music at the Teatro Regio, including Puccini, Rossini and Tamagno, and well as by the leading personalities of the Kingdom of Italy: Lamarmora, Ricasoli, Rattazzi, and Menabrea.
