Ristrutturato e ampliato rispetto all'originale Ottocentesco, ripropone arredi in stile piemontese e cimeli d'epoca. Ai tempi dei Savoia, era fornitore ufficiale delle colazioni per i Principi che si formavano alla "Scuola Regia di Cavalleria", servite su un vassoio d'argento. La sua squisita tradizione pasticcera e confettiera ha addolcito i grandi in tournée al Teatro Regio, come Puccini, Rossini e Tamagno, e i grandi del Regno d`Italia, tra cui Lamarmora, Ricasoli, Rattazzi e Menabrea.
