Delicato complesso Liberty sulla passeggiata a mare con sole 20 camere di charme. Qui, nel 1923, durante il suo soggiorno, Ernest Hemingway scrisse "Gatto sotto la pioggia", che è parte dei "Quarantanove racconti". Vi sono scesi Ezra Pound, re Juan Carlos di Borbone, la duchessa di Kent, Elettra Marconi e il navigatore ecologista sir Peter Blake, ucciso dai pirati in Amazzonia nel 2001. Dal 1930 è gestito dalla stessa famiglia.
 
A delicate Art Nouveau complex on the seaside promenade with just 20 enchanting rooms. It was here, in 1923, that Ernest Hemingway wrote his Cat in the Rain, as part of "The First Forty-Nine Stories". Its guests have included Ezra Pound, King Juan Carlos of Spain, the Duchess of Kent, Elettra Marconi and environmentalist-adventurer Sir Peter Blake, who was killed by pirates on the Amazon in 2001. It has been run by the same family since 1930.
