Il vero cappuccino, dagli anni Trenta, si serve qui, nel più famoso e antico caffè del Greenwich Village, ritrovo dei grandi d'Italia a New York e dei grandi artisti d'America. Tra preziose tele del Cinquecento e Settecento e una storica macchina per il caffè targata 1902. La poetessa Edna St. Vincent Millay sedeva qui col suo taccuino. L'attore Al Pacino ha imparato qui, a tavolino, i segreti per essere un perfetto "padrino" da film.

Starting from the thirties, the genuine cappuccino has always been served at the Caffè Reggio, the most famous and oldest Greenwich Village haunt frequented by the Italian celebrities of New York and the great American artists. The interior is decorated by an unique coffee machine bearing the date 1902 and many valuable paintings from the fifteenth and seventeenth century. The poetess Edna St. Vincent Millary was often seen here with her notebook and also Al Pacino who was studying how to become the perfect "God father" for the movies role.
